Commission (CPC) Reports are the official records of actions taken by the CPC.
The reports reflect the determinations of the Commission with respect to land
use applications, including those subject to the
Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP), and others such as zoning
text amendments and 197-a community-based plans. It is important to note,
however, that the reports do not necessarily reflect a final determination.
Certain applications are subject to mandatory review by the City Council and
others to City Council "call-up."
